I had the pleasure over the past few weeks of working with Makeup Professional Astrid Hansen.
An excellent artist in her own right, Astrid hired me for a 1 on 1 workshop. In this extensive workshop we covered Sculpture, Mould-Making and Casting.
Ms. Hansen had come to me originally with a half-face demon sculpt. After giving her a short critique, she enquired about the possibility of doing a workshop. I am so glad she did!
To say that I am very proud of what she has accomplished in such a short period of time, would be an understatement. It is always so interesting to see a young artist grow and learn. The leaps and bounds Astrid has made in both her creature anatomy and design of the piece are nothing short of excellent!
